A Statement of Attainment will be emailed to participants on the same day as the course. Certification is issued during the session to ensure every attendee leaves qualified.

- Arrival Time: Please arrive between 8:00 AM and 8:15 AM to complete the enrolment process.

Note: Participants arriving after 8:30 AM will not be able to attend the training on that day.

Course Delivery and Duration
Participants will receive a Learner’s Manual and must complete mandatory pre-course study to reduce the face-to-face training time. The in-person session requires up to 6.5 hours to complete. The course is conducted in English, and students must have sufficient proficiency in written and verbal communication.
